  62. without prior telephone clearance from @844. An affidavit of
  63. performance must be provided within thirty days of the conclusion
  64. of the last advertisement. @001 may request a weekly or monthly
  65. confirmation of proper performance. If advertising materials are
  66. to be prepared by @002, the same must be provided for approval at
  67. least three working days prior to the deadline for first
  68. advertising to run. PARTIAL ACCEPTANCE IS NOT PERMITTED. If
  69. unable to provide all advertising specified, contact @844
  70. immediately. Billings must reference the purchase order number
  71. and date. Periodic billing is permitted, not more frequenlty than
  72. every 30 days. Alterations or additions to this flight must be
  73. confirmed by an amended purchaser order. If advertising materials
  74. are provided by @001, they must be returned unless otherwise
  75. noted after the last advertisement.
